High Holiday Seating and Youth Programming/Babysitting Request Form

This year we will be using the online form for High Holiday (HH) seat requests. As in previous years we will have various locations. Please fill out the form. Toward the bottom you will be able to specify the minyan and youth group programs you are requesting.
Seating will be by reservation only in the Main Sanctuary, Social Hall, Sephardic Minyan, Emerald Hills Country Club, V'tikin Minyan and L'Chaim M'China Restaurant. Babysitting will only be available at the Young Israel of Hollywood - Ft. Lauderdale and Emerald

Please keep in mind that no seats will be assigned until payment for additional seats is received and account balances are paid in full.

You will receive a confirmation email when your registration is complete. If you do not receive a confirmation we do not have your reservation!  If seat and account balances are paid, you will receive your seat assignments at the end of August.
